Pathetic, that is what I call that, just an utter disgusting pathetic mess of Capital one. But no capital one decided they want to charge me interest days after my due date and hich is 37.09 and if I heard the supervisor correctly I am getting charged daily interest on balances that have not been paid in full, henceforth, I am getting charged interest, on interest that had been charged already from a balance that was paid in full days prior to my due date. How is anyone suppose to know that they are going to get charged interest on something that is already getting charged interest? So my balance is 37.09 flat, after I had made an entire payment to payout my balance and close it out. I had spoke to a customer rep and they stated that every day after my due date I am “always getting charged interest on a day to day basis” mind you this is what a supervisor said named “Shannon.” So since I have interest that is due I am also going to get charged interest on that as well? Come on capital one. They can’t seem to all play the same way. This is the reason the downfall of banks is happening one at a time. CAPITAL ONE I NEED TO KNOW WHY YOU GUYS HAVE A BROKEN SYSTEM. But I had made the payment in full days prior to my due date of June the 3rd. Next thing I know after paying off my entire balance on the 31st of may, I get a notice via email on June the 9th that I have interest that is due totaling 37.09 bucks. Please correct me if I’m wrong?! I made sure to settle the payment days before the 3rd of the month and made the entire payment on my card. I have always understood that when you have a balance past your due date you get charged interest. I made sure to make the full payment days before my due date on the 3rd of every month. I had a Balance due for a few months and couldn’t pay it off until my taxes hit. I am very disappointed in Capital One’s terms on interest for their credit cards. What you have in place is inconvenient for your customers and causes frustration. CapitalOne, develop your business around providing the best and most convenient customer service process possible. I had to go through some kind of verification and then the person finally deleted my profile. When I finally talked to a customer service rep she said she didn't think it was possible to delete the profile but will connect me to their digital department. Once again, getting through the automated system was a nightmare and took about 15 minutes. After paying off my card a few days before, I tried to delete my CapitalOne Profile. ![]() If it can't route you, it disconnects you. They would not increase my limit even though my credit score was exceptional and I just received a $20,000 credit limit through my bank and instant approval for a car loan with a low-interest rate. ![]()
